1. Each single shot breech loading model is packed with Breech Block in place.
2. Remove Breech Block and pour water through the breech opening into the water chamber inside the Big Bang® Cannon. Approximately 1 ½ ounces of water will give you approximately 50-100 shots. Do not elevate a Big Bang® too much or turn it upside down because the water will spill out.
3. BANGSITE® (ammunition) is supplied in sealed air-tight packages. Fill the ammunition case (powder box) at the rear of the cannon with BANGSITE®.
4. Remove cover from ammunition case and dip charging measure just level full of BANGSITE®. The right load (small amount) makes the loudest bang.
5. Put Breech Block in place and turn to the right until locked by the lugs. Doing this causes the BANGSITE® to fall into the water and gas is formed. Sediment (used BANGSITE®) collects in the water chamber and must be washed out often, otherwise, there will not be room for water.
6. Allow a few seconds for gas to form and mix with the air in the cannon. Pull back the Ignitor plunger and then give the plunger a quick push – BANG! Sparks given off, ignite the mixture of gas and air just like a gas engine.

Note: Blow into the Breech opening every time before reloading in order to replace the burned gas from the last shot with fresh air for the next shot.

Note: Keep the ammunition case closed as much as possible because BANGSITE® is spoiled by continued exposure to air. The BANGSITE® is no good if the grains turn to white dust like flour.

5 POINTS FOR LOUDEST BANGS

1. Blow into the breech opening every time before reloading.
2. Use a small amount of BANGSITE® for a “load” – level measure.
3. Use good BANGSITE® – remember it is no good if it looks like flour.
4. Wash sediment out of water chamber often.
5. Keep Breech Block off except at “INSTANT OF FIRING”.

5 POINTS FOR SAFEST FUN

1. NEVER LOOK INTO THE MUZZLE OF ANY CANNON AT ANY TIME – NOT EVEN A POP-GUN OR A BIG-BANG.
2. NEVER SHOOT ANY CANNON CLOSE TO THE EAR – NOT EVEN A POP-GUN OR BIG-BANG
3. BANGSITE® will not explode. Even the hottest flame will not ignite BANGSITE®, nor can it be set off by concussion or hammering the grains.
4. BANGSITE® WARNING: MAY CAUSE SKIN AND EYE IRRITATION. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN AND EYES. IN CASE OF CONTACT WASH THOROUGHLY WITH WATER. IF SWALLOWED GIVE MILK OR WATER, FOLLOWED BY CITRUS JUICE OR DILUTED VINEGAR – CALL YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER OR HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY. SMALL CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION FOR USE.
5. BIG BANG® works like an automobile engine, using gas, air and a spark. Keep it clean and never use an “over-load”. Follow instructions and never abuse or misuse BANGSITE®® or BIG BANG® Cannons.
